3. Acceptable Use Policy

When using Clipi.cc, you agree NOT to create shortened links to:

• Malware & Viruses: Websites containing malicious software, viruses, trojans, or any harmful code
• Phishing: Fake websites designed to steal personal information, credentials, or financial data
• Illegal Content: Content that violates any applicable local, national, or international law
• Adult Content: Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene material
• Hate Speech: Content promoting discrimination, violence, or hatred against individuals or groups
• Copyright Infringement: Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Spam: Mass distribution of unsolicited messages or links
• Fraud & Scams: Deceptive schemes designed to defraud users

4. Link Monitoring and Removal

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor shortened links for violations of these Terms

• Disable or delete any shortened link that violates these Terms without prior notice
• Report illegal content to appropriate law enforcement authorities
• Cooperate with legal investigations and government requests

If you encounter a Clipi.cc link that violates these Terms, please report it immediately to support@clipi.cc.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The URLs you shorten and the content they link to
• Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws
• Not using the Service to harm, harass, or defraud others
• Not attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Not using automated tools to create links in bulk without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The Clipi.cc name, logo, website design, and original content are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our branding without prior written permission. The URLs you create using our service remain accessible but are subject to removal if they violate these Terms.

7. Third-Party Links and Content

Clipi.cc is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites accessed through our shortened links. We do not endorse any third-party content. Users access external sites at their own risk.

8. Advertising

Clipi.cc displays advertisements through Google AdSense and other advertising networks to support our free service. These ads are served by third parties and are subject to their own privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:
